How long have you worked for TSC Printronix Auto ID?
CB: I started in the thermal barcode label printer industry over 8 years when I joined TSC Printronix Auto ID in June 2012.
What is your role in the company?
CB: I first started as a Customer Service Manager with TSC. Upon return from parental leave, I took on a new role – planning, forecasting and purchasing by air and sea freight. I am also responsible for managing and updating the Printronix Auto ID price lists.

CB: I play a role that is behind-the-scenes, managing activities that help move our business forward and support our customers. Although I don’t have direct customer contact, the most rewarding part of my job is making sure customers get the supplies they need when they need them. Managing various deadlines and coordinating logistics is a challenge I enjoy.
