Our teams are hard at work behind the scenes to minimize the impact to your business. Our supply chain is strong. Our manufacturing facilities where TSC and Printronix Auto ID barcode label printers are made and assembled are 100% operational to fulfill the demands of customers around the world.

Our global regions are working to ensure sufficient inventory levels to meet the demands of local customers. As needed, we have the ability to ship products by air to meet urgent requests.

We take the health and well-being of our employees and partners very seriously. In most regions, our teams’ regular working hours, coverage, and support remain unchanged. Many support team members will continue to assist you and provide quality customer service while working from home. We have dedicated staff available to provide phone support, but please note you may experience slight delays in response times.
